Indie rock band, the Seratones will play a free concert to debut the new pavilion in Caddo Common Park! Streets will be closed off. Food Trucks will circle, and the city will dedicate this new space in Downtown Shreveport's coolest green space. Opening for the Seratones will be the band Bond+.

The event will start off at 3pm with a Happy Hour in the park. Great Raft will be bartending and there will be drink specials.

At 4pm AJ Haynes will perform a song she wrote with children from the Renzi Center as well as a dedication from the Mayor and performance from the Barksdale Color Guard.
