Artist Up! will level up skills and experience of emerging artists through a series of ZOOM courses/classes.
Led by renowned Dallas, Texas curator and mixed media artist Lesli Marshall, this 9 week course promises to deliver strategies for increasing earned income for artists from the production, marketing, distribution of Art by at least 30% within one year of course completion.
It is a goal of the Shreveport Regional Arts Council to strengthen the professional arts community in order to advance the Arts, and maximize access to the Arts, for the people of Shreveport, Bossier and Northwest Louisiana.
Graduates will create a marketing portfolio and take part in a group exhibition at the Central ARTSTATION.
