“SHOW ME THE ARTS MONEY: Workshop & Networking Conference
The Shreveport Regional Arts Council (SRAC) and Bossier Arts Council present the 2010 SHOW ME THE MONEY: Workshop and Networking Conference at artspace, 710 Texas Street, Downtown Shreveport, on Thursday, January 28th from 10:00 am – 6:00 pm. This event is FREE and open to the community. We strongly encourage all artists, art organizations, non-profit organizations, along with city, state and governmental agencies to attend. Murder Mystery Lunch, led by Sculpted Entertainment, and a Happy Hour will be provided at no cost to those who are registered for the conference. There will be a number of workshops and presentations geared to artists and arts organizations made during the conference. Vickie Marshall, SRAC Community Development Director states, “The Shreveport Regional Arts Council and Bossier Arts Councils are proud to join together to present this day-long conference that will give individual artists, arts organizations, and organizations who provide arts programming the opportunity to learn how to build organizational structure and provide community arts services in 2010. These opportunities will support their current programs and increase their marketability.”
